Visioning our Regional Transportation
The Strategic Transportation Planning Session
Thursday, April 28 at the Scottish Rite Theatre
Tri-County invited the public to an evening of conversation and regional visioning on April 28th from 5 – 7 pm at the Scottish Rite Theatre. An online attendance option was available for participants.
Ray LaHood, former United States Secretary of Transportation, served as the keynote speaker and discussed the recently passed Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the funding opportunities it presents to Central Illinois. Additional commentary from local leaders followed, along with a series of activities for participants to provide input, learn, and advocate for transportation in our region.
