NOTICE OF CITIZEN REVIEW: Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Update
The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (TCRPC) is opening its Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) 2050 Update for public review and comment.
Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) 2025 Update
We are happy to report that TCRPC’s draft Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) is now available for the public to read and comment on. Every five years, Tri-County works with our regional community leaders to explore what the region could look like in the next 25 years.
From a transportation perspective, this document examines the future of economy, environment, freight, mobility and connectivity, and public health. The projects listed in this document show the changes to the region that we’ll expect to see over this time, plus the amount of funding it will take to bring us there.
The review and comment period begins Monday, March 3, 2025 and ends on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. During that period, all questions and comments should be submitted in person or by mail to: Tri-County Regional Planning Commission, Attn: LRTP Update, 456 Fulton St, Suite 401, Peoria, Illinois 61602; or via email to input@tricountyrpc.org.
