The draft Transportation Improvement Program FY 2020-2023 was presented to the PUUATS Technical and Policy Committees at their August 21st and September 4th meetings, respectively. This federally mandated document identifies tentatively scheduled transportation projects in the Peoria-Pekin Urbanized Area for fiscal years 2020-2023 (July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2023). The draft document is available for public review from Monday, September 2, 2019 through Tuesday, October 1, 2019. Ryan Harms is a planner with Tri-County Regional Planning Commission in Peoria, Illinois, where he focuses on MPO planning, active transportation, and land use. He is also the web/design lead on staff. Ryan has co-authored a regional bicycle plan, managed a few multimillion-dollar grants, and commented on hundreds of land use cases since joining TCRPC in 2011. He holds a B.A. in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois.
