Roanoke Comprehensive Plan Update Open House

Roanoke Comp Plan Open House Flyer

Join us Tuesday, January 23rd from 7pm to 8pm at the Roanoke United Methodist Church for the Comprehensive Plan Update Public Open House!

The event is open to residents of all ages and will feature several interactive stations where the public can provide input on the process. Oh, and did we mention that one resident will win a $75 credit on their water bill? Members of the Village’s Community Development Committee and planners from TCRPC will be on hand to answer questions and receive comments. We hope to see you there!

The Village of Roanoke is updating its comprehensive plan. The comprehensive plan is a blueprint for improving Roanoke over the next 15 to 25 years. It examines topics such as land use, economic development, and community services. The plan will identify attainable goals for village improvement, as well as action items to be completed to achieve them.

Roanokeā€™s Comprehensive Plan was last updated in 2003. While many issues and priorities in the plan are still important today, others have changed or gone away. Many goals identified in the plan have also been accomplished! This is why the Village needs your help to identify how to keep Roanoke an attractive place to live, work, and play for the next 15 years.
