The Executive Board serves as the policy formulation body for the Full Commission. The Executive Board meets monthly on the third Monday of every month at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of TCRPC, unless otherwise posted.

About Executive Board
The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission’s primary decision-making body is known as the Full Commission. The Full Commission has established committees to assist in the operation, management, and program planning activities of the organization. The Executive Board consists of eight Commissioners appointed by the full board and focuses on policy formulation for the Full Commission. The executive director of TCRPC also serves as a non-voting, advisory member of the Executive Board. The Executive Board may perform most of the functions and duties of the Full Commission, excluding MPO activities, should a full quorum of Commission members not be present.
