Tri-County Regional Planning Commission is involved in many aspects of Transportation Planning in the Peoria-Pekin MSA. Primarily we serve as the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) through staffing Peoria Pekin Urban Area Transportation Study (PPUATS).
