Bid Notice:

The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission will receive bids for Prescription Burning for Forest Management in the Farm Creek Watershed until 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on the 13^h day of July, 2009, at the office of Tri-County Regional Planning, 211 Fulton Street, Suite 207, Peoria IL 61602. Bids submitted after the above time will be returned, unopened. This project involves a prescription burn on approximately 1 acre of woodland.

Tri-County Regional Planning will hold a mandatory pre-proposal meeting. The pre-proposal meeting will include a tour of the site selected for forest management. The meeting will give consultants the opportunity to ask questions and provide clarifications about the project before submitting proposals. This meeting will take place July 6, 2009 at 10:00 a.m at the Native American Dayspring Church located at 201 N. Norwood Place, East Peoria, IL. Bids will be held by the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.

The Planning Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
