What is the CICN?

The Central Illinois Committee on NPDES Phase II Storm Water Regulations, or CICN, is a group of proactive government agencies that have banded together to maximize efficiency in meeting or exceeding the NPDES Phase II Storm Water Regulations. The group consists of municipalities, townships, and counties and is based on the idea of multi-jurisdictional cooperation through the sharing of resources, knowledge, and experience.
